Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Skilled at painting interior and exterior
- Ability to spackle and prep walls for painting.
- Assists Plant Services with repairs and projects as assigned.
- Assists Plant Services with snow removal.
- Maintains a good attitude toward all residents and with all employees.
Qualifications
- High School graduate desirable but not mandatory.
- Some experience desired in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall.
- Ability to read, write and follow orders.
- Possess a valid and appropriate state driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Independent worker with good time management skills.
