We're seeking compassionate, organized, and self-directed Per Diem BCBAs or LBSs to provide school-based behavioral assessment and consultation services in the Philadelphia area, primarily completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

Position Summary:

As a Per Diem BCBA or LBS with Nyman Associates, you will primarily conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students in school-based settings throughout the Philadelphia area. You will collaborate with school teams to assess behavioral needs, analyze data, and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations that promote positive student outcomes.

This is a flexible, as-needed position that allows you to accept assignments based on your availability. The number and frequency of cases may vary depending on school needs and your schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), including observations, interviews, data collection, and analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive FBA reports with findings and recommendations.
- Develop or recommend individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other educational professionals to understand student needs and recommend appropriate behavioral strategies.
- Provide behavioral consultation and guidance to school teams, as needed.
- Complete assessment reports and required documentation within established timelines.
- Participate in meetings to review assessment findings and recommendations, when applicable.

Qualifications:

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) license required.
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Strong assessment, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned cases and deadlines.
- Previous experience in school-based or educational settings preferred.
