Overview

Duties
- Handle litigation matters, including preparing for and participating in court depositions.
- Draft legal documents and other written materials.
- Communicate with clients, provide legal counsel, and advocate on their behalf.
- Conduct statutory legal research related to Blue Sky laws and technology corporate matters.
- Manage legal cases and related work throughout their progression.
Requirements
- Strong legal writing, statutory research, client communication, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage legal matters and support litigation, including court depositions.
- Knowledge of technology corporate matters and Blue Sky laws.
