Bob Boyte Chevy is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Biloxi, MS. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient communication throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs accurately and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide detailed explanations of vehicle problems and service recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and review repair orders and service estimates with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status, recalls, and maintenance reminders.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure availability of needed parts for repairs.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software related to service management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
