Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience.
- Help customers explore new and pre-owned vehicle options.
- Identify customers needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, and available options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records.
- Work with dealership management and finance teams throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about vehicle inventory, features, and promotions.
- Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to dealership success.
- Deliver a positive, transparent, and professional buying experience.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
- Retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated attitude and desire to succeed.
- Willingness to learn about vehicles and automotive technology.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work a dealership retail schedule, including Saturdays as needed.
