- Validate firm affiliations, job titles, email addresses, geographic coverage, and areas of specialization; identify duplicates and incomplete records.
- Clean and standardize contact records and prepare datasets in accordance with Salesforce bulk-upload templates and required field standards.
- Build segmented, campaign-ready contact lists supporting CIT awareness, new fund launches, product education, advisor outreach, and distribution opportunities.
- Partner with National Accounts, Marketing, Onboarding/Investor Servicing, Relationship Management, and other teams to confirm campaign criteria, audiences, and priorities.
- Research retirement firms and industry participants and organize advisor intelligence by region, market segment, consultant practice, specialization, and strategic opportunity.
- Serve as a client liaison with identified firms to educate them on SEI’s retirement services business, developing and maintain product catalogues and service as client support contact for large national teams.
- We want you to succeed and look for future solutions! Through attending and participating in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will acquire the tools to identify processes across the division and organization. You will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse team and grow your career.
What we need from you:
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- Internship experience preferred.
