About this role

Lead the team behind the pieces piercers love.

At NeoMetal, every order is small, detailed and personal. Behind each one is a team that assembles, kits and ships with care. We're looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead that team: someone who gets energy from a busy floor, takes pride in getting the details right, and brings out the best in people.

You'll own the schedule, coach a hands-on team, keep a close eye on the numbers, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Inventory so every order goes out right and on time. If you love building a team that's sharp, organized and proud of its work, we'd love to meet you.

About us

Body Art Alliance is the leader in the body art self-expression space, an alliance of artist-led brands advancing the industry through innovation, service and education. Every brand under BAA is built on the same idea: the people who wear this jewelry, and the piercers who place it, deserve products made with real craft and real respect for the industry that inspires them.

NeoMetal is one of BAA's flagship brands and the original name in threadless body jewelry. Since 1997, what started as a small family business in a tiny room has grown into a company trusted by professional piercers around the world, without losing the independent, hands-on spirit it started with. Every piece is precision machined in the United States out of solid implant-grade titanium, from raw material to final polish, all under one roof at our own manufacturing facility. Crafted in California. Trusted worldwide.

- Drive continuous improvement across gemming and fulfillment

Keep the systems right

- Oversee and stay on top of ERP transactions (NetSuite preferred), including order fulfillment, inventory adjustments and work orders

- Make sure transactions are accurate and on time, so inventory and order records stay reliable

- Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- A sharp eye for detail, including fine-detail inspection under magnification

- Clear, friendly communication and the ability to juggle competing priorities against tight deadlines

- A problem-solver who fixes issues independently and works well with others
