Job Title: Lead / Principal Google Workspace Consultant
Job Location: Warren, MI or Austin, TX
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

- Lead enterprise Google Workspace implementations and migrations from Microsoft Exchange/Office 365.

- Design security, identity, access, compliance, and governance solutions.

- Manage Google Workspace administration, Google Vault, and data protection.

- Automate workflows using Google Apps Script, AppSheet, GAM, and APIs.

- Provide technical leadership during solution design and project delivery.

- Develop service offerings, architecture frameworks, and delivery standards.

- Mentor and train Google Workspace engineers and administrators.

Requirement:

- 10+ years of IT collaboration systems experience.

- 4+ years of experience as a Google Workspace SME or Architect.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console, Google Vault, GAM, AppSheet, Apps Script, and Workspace APIs.

- Experience leading large-scale enterprise migrations using GWMME, GWMMO, BitTitan, Quest, or similar tools.

- Strong knowledge of SAML, SSO, Context-Aware Access, DLP, and threat protection.

- Google Cloud Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification required.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience working with a Google Cloud Premier Partner.

- Experience building or expanding a technical practice or center of excellence.
