Warehouse & Delivery Specialist

Pay: $21–$24 per hour, based on experience
Full-Time | 40+ Hours per Week | Monday–Friday

Jack Laurie Group is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to join our team on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

This is a true hybrid position. You’ll spend part of your time working in the warehouse receiving, organizing, pulling, and loading material, and part of your time making local deliveries. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable doing both and willing to jump in wherever the team needs help.

What You’ll Do

- Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials
- Pick and prepare materials for jobs and deliveries
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Make local deliveries throughout the Indianapolis area
- Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment
- Help carry and move material at jobsites when needed
- Work closely with our warehouse, operations, and field teams
- Follow company safety and DOT requirements
- Help wherever needed to keep the warehouse and deliveries running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

- Valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, including required drug testing
- Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred
- Warehouse or material-handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving material throughout an 8–10-hour workday
- Dependable and able to work 40+ hours per week
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Willing to be flexible based on delivery schedules and warehouse needs

Schedule

- Monday through Friday
- First shift
- Typical start time between 6:30–7:00 AM
- Typical end time around 3:00–3:30 PM
- Some flexibility is required depending on deliveries and workload
- 40+ hours per week
