About the Role
Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Kids For All Seasons Club Attendant to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where children can learn, play, and enjoy memorable experiences during their stay. In this role, you will supervise children, lead creative activities, and provide exceptional care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and guest service. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, outgoing, and nurturing individual who enjoys working with children and creating positive, lasting memories for our youngest guests.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and recreational play.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Kids For All Seasons Club environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s activities and experiences.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports children's social and emotional development.
What You Bring
- Passion for working with children and creating fun, engaging experiences.
- Energetic, creative, interactive, and outgoing personality.
- Previous childcare, camp counselor, teaching assistant, or youth program experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours
- Full Time
- Hours of operations: Monday - Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Minimum availability required is Friday - Sunday with an additional day Monday - Thursday
