About this role
Intuit’s People & Places (P&P) organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner 2 (EABP 2) to provide high-level administrative and operational support to two Vice President and two Directors within the HRBP organization. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of a fast-paced executive office, and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and represent the leadership team with professionalism and discretion.
The EABP 2 partners closely with senior leaders to drive calendar strategy, communications, and operational rhythms, while also serving as a connector across the broader P&P EABP community — collaborating with peer EABPs to share best practices, coordinate cross-functional logistics, and support Intuit’s culture.
