• You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a relevant discipline (MBA, CMA, CPA preferred)
• You are able to be flexible and effectively manage competing priorities

• You encompass some ERP experience

About Atlanta Roofing
The Atlanta Plant is a part of the OC Roofing Business Segment.
• The Plant began operations as part of Owens Corning Roofing equipment and supplies manufacturing network in 2006.
• The Plant operates 24/7 with over 120 hourly and salaried positions.
• The facility, along with sister facilities in Jacksonville and Savannah, manufactures almost all shingles sold by OC in the Southeast region of the United States.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As the Atlanta Plant Controller, you will be primarily responsible for:
• Living the safety stance while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities.
• Ensuring the proper existence of and adherence to compliance and internal controls.
• Partnering with Plant Leader to lead operations planning and plant processes.
• Conducting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to create financial transparency and encourage effective decision-making.
• Actively leading and contributing within a cross-functional leadership team.
• Driving plant productivity.
• Leading a team of 3 direct reports in purchasing, buying, raw materials, and shipping/transportation.
