- Determine clients preferences regarding materials, styles, colors, and other design variables, and integrate these preferences into cohesive architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to distinguish essential needs from desired features, helping them prioritize program requirements and project goals.
- Assist clients in defining their priorities and vision by preparing 3D renderings and graphic presentations that illustrate various design options and scenarios.
- Coordinate the project team and facilitate collaboration among all disciplines, leading the development of project plans and specifications.

- Maintain the design schedule, track milestones, and ensure that deadlines are met across all phases of the project.
- Develop detailed architectural plans that integrate civil, structural, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection documents into a coordinated set of construction documents.
- Present design concepts, plans, and revisions to clients for review and approval, incorporating feedback into subsequent design iterations.
- Modify new or existing plans as required to address client comments, code issues, site constraints, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Prepare drawings and specifications required to secure bids, ensuring that construction documents are clear, comprehensive, and suitable for pricing.
- Collaborate with the estimator and project manager to support the selection of trade contractors and contribute to constructability and cost discussions.
- Work closely with the construction team to facilitate the building process, addressing design-related questions and helping ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform other related architectural duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives.
- Oversee and mentor Architectural Designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure project success and professional growth within the team.
- Partner with the Architectural Practice Leader to create renderings, site layouts, and other graphics that support business development and project pursuit efforts.
