Role Purpose:

We're seeking a world-class Temporary Creative Director, Creative Development (Copy) to create unforgettable work for one of our retail clients. This is an opportunity for a proven creative leader whose portfolio demonstrates award-winning campaigns for major brands and iconic sports properties. You bring deep expertise in developing fully-integrated campaigns in the sports industry, a strong point of view, and a relentless passion for ideas that resonate in culture.

You will lead the development of breakthrough creative concepts and campaign platforms while remaining actively involved in the work itself. From pitching ideas and presenting to clients to guiding execution and mentoring teams, you'll help shape every stage of the creative process. We're looking for someone who can inspire exceptional work, build strong client partnerships, and consistently push creative boundaries.

In this role you will:

- Deliver integrated communications solutions, creative platforms and execution
- Work closely with the creative department to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning, media-coverage worthy creative work.
- Ensure the best creative resource is allocated to the correct projects by liaising with resource and project managers.
- Take ownership for the delivery of the client's brand vision
- Champion the creative process and output.

Person Specification:

- 10+ years of experience, agency setting

- Award-winning creative professional with extensive experience creating breakthrough campaigns for major sports brands, leagues, and properties.

- Highly organized and professional

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $184,747.50 - $220,911.60. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
