Cleveland Clinic Indian River has been recognized as one of the top regional hospitals in South Florida. Indian River Hospital is in sunny Florida’s Treasure Coast where it is committed to providing optimal family-centric and community-focused care. At Indian River Hospital, you will be part of a collaborative, compassionate, and innovative team of caregivers. You will work with state-of-the-art technology and will build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

Radiology Technologists use x-ray equipment to obtain images of the body interpreted by a Radiologist and are responsible for preparing patients for the exam, moving and instructing the patient into the proper position, correctly operating the equipment, and obtaining a high-quality image while minimizing radiation dose to the patient. Radiology Technologists may go on to specialize in more specific imaging techniques such as bone densitometry, cardiovascular-interventional radiography, computer tomography, mammography, magnetic resonance imaging and nuclear medicine.

As the Lead Diagnostic Radiology Technologist, you will not only provide imaging and patient care services at defined levels to patients, but you will also provide technical expertise and direction to technologists. You will have the opportunity to cross train and learn different areas and be a part of a team that thrives on collaboration. Being a part of diagnostic imaging, you will play a part in the emergency and hospital stay through setting the tone for the patient regarding what news it delivered. Here, you can also find courses in Leadership offered by the clinic and be supported with career growth.
