A Little About the Role
Procare is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to drive our sales team's day-to-day performance. You'll own how our teams work in HubSpot, from the reports they rely on to the sequences they send, and you'll make sure our sales and renewal processes are clean, consistent, and easy to follow. You're equal parts systems builder and trusted partner: someone who can build a forecast model in the morning and sit with a rep to troubleshoot their pipeline in the afternoon.
What you’ll do:
HubSpot Reporting & Analytics
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, activity, conversion, rep performance, and renewals
- Deliver clear, trusted data to sales leadership, reps, and cross-functional teams
- Audit data quality regularly and keep CRM hygiene standards enforced and practical
- Translate business questions into reports, and translate reports into recommendations
Cadence & Sequence Building
- Design, build, and optimize HubSpot sequences, templates, and cadences for prospecting, follow-up, and renewal outreach
- Partner with reps and sales leaders to test messaging, timing, and touchpoint structure
- Track sequence performance (open, reply, and meeting rates) and iterate based on results
- Maintain a library of approved templates and sequence best practices
Sales & Renewal Process Flow
- Map, document, and refine the end-to-end sales process, from lead handoff through close, and the renewal lifecycle
- Define stage entry/exit criteria and keep them consistently applied
- Identify bottlenecks and handoff gaps between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance, and fix them
Forecasting
- Own the forecasting process and cadence, including new business and renewal forecasts
- Build forecast reports and models in HubSpot, and help reps and managers submit accurate, defensible commits
- Analyze pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and win rates to flag risk and opportunity early
- Report forecast accuracy over time and continuously improve the methodology
- Leverage AI to speed up analysis, such as summarizing pipeline trends and anomalies.
Team Support & Partnership
- Serve as the first point of contact for reps on HubSpot questions, workflow issues, and process clarification
- Partner with the Contract Administrator to consult, build, and execute signed contracts in Hubspot to Closed Won
- Gather rep feedback and advocate for changes that remove friction and give them more selling time
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
- 4+ years' in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, with some experience leading projects or mentoring others
- Strong hands-on HubSpot expertise (Sales Hub), including custom reports and dashboards, deal pipelines, workflows, properties, and sequences
- Experience building and managing sales forecasts
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and renewal cycles
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data and process changes to both reps and executives
- Familiarity with LLM models & agentic sales motions
- A service-minded, collaborative approach to supporting sales teams
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Reporting, or Operations Hub)
- Experience with SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue models
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar
- Experience supporting a technical or solutions-oriented sales team
- Background in process documentation or change management
- AI Automation Building
