About this role

Meta is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead compliance, risk mitigation, and enablement across our Sales & Partnerships organizations. This individual-contributor role sits on the Business Compliance, Enablement, & Operations (BCEO) team, which oversees the compliance, audit, and enablement efforts governing Meta's business operations. You will lead through influence, partnering deeply with leaders across Sales and Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Meta's business teams and partners meet their risk obligations and best practices, allowing the business to grow revenue defensibly and sustainably. Your work directly builds trust with the millions of businesses that use Meta's products — ensuring they can confidently invest in our platforms knowing we operate with integrity and meet the highest compliance standards. The primary objectives of this role are to (a) assess risk and compliance obligations of the business, (b) work horizontally to drive compliance initiatives with relevant teams, (c) provide enablement to minimize disruption of business operations. Agents handle evidence tracking, status roll-ups, first drafts, and dashboards under your review; you carry the judgment, the negotiations with stakeholders, and the go/no-go decisions. This person will be close to Meta's global privacy and risk strategy and will be tasked with proactively identifying future needs to align with industry expectations and best practices.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of industry trends, an understanding of sales and advertising operations, and is comfortable making consequential calls in ambiguity while prioritizing competing demands based on impact and urgency. You build trusted partnerships quickly, push back on stakeholders when the evidence demands it, and design agent-assisted workflows rather than waiting for tooling teams.

At Meta, AI is a tool that enables your impact — and as a result, you are expected to bring an AI mindset and curiosity to this role.
