Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated 1:1 private duty nursing for a sweet 6-month-old infant in Lake, MI . You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care in a warm, welcoming, low-stress home environment—complete with a friendly dog and a supportive 7-year-old big brother! Additional pediatric and adult opportunities are also available nearby in Mt. Pleasant, Clare, St. Louis, and Breckenridge.

Responsibilities

- Provide skilled pediatric nursing care, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and g-tube/feeding tube care .

- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and nutritional input.

- Administer medications and perform prescribed daily treatments.

- Support daily routine and developmental care for an infant.

- Collaborate closely with family members and the clinical care team to maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Shifts Needed: Day shifts & Night shifts available

- Status: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Qualifications

- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan

- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)

- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)

- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

- Adults with complex medical needs
