Client Advisor

Building rapport with guests and turning them into clients for life is at the heart of this role. As a Client Advisor, you partner with each guest through the entire purchase, from the first conversation to the final signature, to find the vehicle that truly fits their wants, needs, and budget.

Every guest works with one advisor and gets our best price upfront, so you can skip the haggling and focus on what matters: advising. Client Advisors are trained in product knowledge and hospitality, so our guest experience is always the priority.

What youll do:
Build lasting relationships with guests and grow your business through repeat customers and referrals

▪ Handle every lead type, including internet, phone, and walk-in guests

▪ Discover what matters by learning each guests needs, preferences, and budget, then following the Purdy 1 process to find the right fit

▪ Know the product inside and out and confidently demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories

▪ Lead the finance process with every guest, building options around credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in value with support from the finance team

▪ Stay organized to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads

▪ Follow up daily through calls, texts, emails, and personal videos

▪ Protect the guest and the store by following compliance, privacy, and manufacturer experience standards

Qualifications

Requirements:

▪ Hospitality mindset

▪ High school diploma or equivalent

▪ Valid drivers license and clean driving record

▪ Available for 5-day work week
