SUMMER INTERNSHIPS AT STRAND
Each year, Strand offers a small number of summer internships to university students who want to work in real estate development. Interns work on real projects next to our team and get hands-on experience in a fast-growing business.
TIMELINE
- Applications open: Once a year, usually in January, for about four weeks
- Internship dates: Early May to the end of August
- Areas: These change from year to year. Recent intakes were in Development and in Marketing & Sales.
WHO CAN APPLY
- Students in their 2nd year of university or later, studying real estate, business, marketing, urban planning, or a related field
- A strong interest in real estate
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using AI tools for research and analysis is an asset
- For Marketing & Sales: Adobe Suite experience is an asset
- Experience or coursework in development, marketing, or project management helps, but isn't required
