EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and customer centric leader to take on the new role of "Wellness and Recovery Supervisor". EōS Fitness is looking for someone who is ready to be an expert and has a passion for developing others! This is a great position for someone who loves fitness and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. An ideal candidate must have enthusiasm for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results, and motivating clients. This person will need to be an expert in all aspects of our rejuvenating amenities as there will be an ongoing need to educate and develop teams.

Department : Operations

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Demonstrate the highest level of service for our brand, mentor the team on service standards and assist in growing our community.

- Develop the Service Associate team into rejuvenate experts.

- Embrace and lead a customer-centric team.

- Follow and lead safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our team and customers.

- Communicate with the Operations Manager to ensure the inventory meets the needs of the business.

- Maintain operation of all POS functions to ensure quality customer interactions.

- Educating Members on the Recovery services

- Checking Members in for services

- Assisting Members with Recovery services such as Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Hydro Massage

- Maintain Recovery area by cleaning after each use.

- Supervise a small team, maintain staff schedules, provide training to team members.

- Selling additional packages to members to enhance their gym experience.

Qualifications:

- A talent for managing and developing a cohesive team.

- The ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

- Willing to learn about the different Recovery services we offer.

- Passional about health and wellness

- Customer service experience

- Must have valid PT certification.

- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Requirements:

- Successfully pass background check.

- Ability to work in an office and gym setting; communicate with employees, members, and vendors in-person, by phone and/or video call.

- Ability to consistently operate technology including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, reading reports from a computer database or email system.

- Ability to work 8+ hours in a seated/standing deskwork environment.

Hourly Pay Range $10 — $11 USD
