About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Product to build and scale innovative, AI-powered products. In this role, you'll take ownership of user-facing features, drive technical architecture, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale high-performance, user-facing web and multi-platform applications.
- Own end-to-end product development, from concept and architecture to deployment and optimization.
- Build real-time collaboration features and interactive user experiences.
- Integrate generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered workflows into product features.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive technical decisions, improve engineering practices, and mentor fellow engineers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in senior, product-focused roles.
- Strong proficiency in modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Go , or similar.
- Experience building scalable, high-traffic, user-facing applications.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and system architecture.
- Strong product mindset with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
- Proven ability to independently lead technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents.
- Background in real-time collaboration, creative tools, or media-rich applications.
- Experience working in high-growth startups.
