Deputy Manager - Business Development

Qualifications/Education & Experience:

 BE- Mechanical + MBA from good institution
 10 years BD experience of which atleast 3- 5 years exposure in Aerospace/Aerostructures BD

Mandatory Skills/Competency:
 Conversant with Complete Business Development Cycle.
 Exposure to negotiate contractual terms with the customer
 RFI/RFQ, Proposal Making, Submission & Follow up.
 Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
 Ability to prioritize on key deliverables.
 MIS, Market Intelligence
 Experience of having handled international clients
 Excellent written & oral communication , Presentation and interpersonal skills
 Sound Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 Process
 Worked/Exposure to systems/processes of major Aerospace OEMs (Example Airbus, Boeing Dassault, GE etc) and their leading Tier 1/2

Desirable Skills/Competency:
 Excellent communication skills and business acumen
 Relationships with other industry partners
 Knowledge of Aerospace sheetmetal manufacturing and assembly supply chain
