Roles & responsibilities
• The position in discussion is with the Lean OpEx Transformation team at KGS, which is KPMG’s global delivery center and an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability globally. •
Qualifications
• Graduate / Engineering background (Tier1 colleges etc.) • MBA (Preferred, not mandatory) • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
Work experience
• 8-12+ years of overall work experience • 5+ years in independently driving transformation projects in large global organizations or with consulting firms • Must have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 and/or leading Consulting firms
Mandatory Skills
• Analytical skills – ability to investigate, identify underlying issues in processes • Exposure to Quality / Operational Excellence tools and techniques • Excellent project management and governance skills • Should have excellent knowledge and experience of running lean projects • Preferable have driven diverse technology enabled solution using • Experience of building value stream maps and ability to use Lean tools / methodology
