About the location:

This stunning resort-style hotel opened in June 2007 and has a combination of classic hotel design and modern and contemporary beach suites and villas. Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 Suites, 30 Beach Suites and 6 Villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, Spa and Fitness Center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.
Front Desk Supervisor
Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a front desk supervisor who will a ssist Front Office Managers in Overseeing of the Front Desk operations and acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available . Directs staff that performs the following duties and will perform these duties on own : welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment . Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill . Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
What Will You Do
1. The ability to display, at all times , a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees.
2. The ability to welcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures .
3. The ability to handle a multitude of keys.
4. The ability to quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.
5. The ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff.
6. The ability to select and block rooms for arriving guests; pre-register individuals or groups as required ; assist in escorting VIPs and return guests to their rooms as requested .
7. The ability to work closely with the Concierge staff to coordinate the efficient handling of guest luggage and follow up on guest requests.
What Will You Bring
1. Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language.
2 years Hotel Experience.
3.Strong Supervisory skills.
4. Knowledgeable of Front Office tasks.
5. The ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees.
6. Has the ability to understand and comply with upscale luxuries Hotel operation standards .
