The role sits within End User Technology in Information Technology Services and supports conferences, presentations, lectures, executive engagements and other significant university events.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and complex escalations using sound judgement, service data and structured problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to work with technical teams, senior stakeholders, customers and external partners.
You will hold tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or bring equivalent relevant experience. Experience working in Agile operational or project teams will be advantageous.
