About this role

NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics is a nurse practitioner owned medical aesthetics and wellness practice. Our flagship at The Shops at Canton Crossing opened in 2026 with an established client base from the former Ideal Image and Face to Face Spa locations in Canton, Arundel Mills and Towson. We provide injectables, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, broadband light, body contouring, microneedling, facials, IV hydration and medically supervised weight management.

Our clinicians build the treatment plan. Our Client Advisor Specialist explains it, prices it and closes it. You are the person every client meets first and last. You make the room feel like somewhere they want to come back to, and you make sure they have a reason on the calendar before they leave.

This is a hospitality role with a sales rhythm, not a sales role with a desk. If you’ve been the person a luxury hotel, a high-end salon or a premium retail floor trusted to set the tone, this is for you.

Target start date: as early as November 9, 2026.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The welcome. Every client is greeted by name, offered water, and checked in within two minutes of walking through the door. Phones are answered live during business hours, and every missed call is returned the same day and logged in Zenoti.

The handoff. When a client finishes with the nurse practitioner or nurse, you bring them to the Client Advisor Specialist for the treatment plan conversation. You don’t quote prices or present memberships. You set the table for the person who does.

The checkout. Every client leaves with their next appointment booked. You ask which day works, offer two specific times, and confirm before they walk out. You ask happy clients for a Google review and make it easy.

The quiet hours. When the desk is calm, you work our inherited client list by phone: former Ideal Image clients with unused package balances and lapsed memberships. Your job on those calls is to reconnect and book a visit, not to sell a service. You earn a bonus for every one who comes in.

The record. Client profiles, appointment notes, confirmations and call logs are accurate in Zenoti every day. Clinicians and the Client Advisor Specialist rely on what you enter.

WHO SUCCEEDS HERE

Front of house at a luxury hotel, a high-end salon or spa, a fine-dining host stand, or a premium retail floor where you owned the client’s experience and were measured on it. Someone who remembers names, notices when a client is nervous, and keeps a calm desk when three things happen at once.

We’re not looking for a medical or dental front desk background built on insurance verification, and we’re not looking for someone who wants to be the closer. We already have one.

REQUIREMENTS

Two or more years in a client-facing hospitality, spa, salon or premium retail role. Comfortable on the phone, both inbound and outbound, with a warm and professional manner. Experience with scheduling or point-of-sale software; Zenoti is a plus. Availability for evenings and Saturdays. Professional presentation consistent with a premium aesthetics brand.

Preferred: med spa or aesthetics exposure, experience rebooking clients at checkout, and experience bringing lapsed clients back onto the calendar.

SCOPE

This is a non-clinical position. You will not assess, diagnose, recommend treatment, quote treatment pricing, or make claims about outcomes. The role does not carry hiring, purchasing or profit and loss authority.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience. Reactivation bonus of $5 to $10 per inherited client you book who completes a qualifying first visit. Monthly client experience bonus tied to review volume and rebook rate. Participation in the location team bonus. Bonus eligibility, timing and payment rules are set out in the company’s written incentive compensation plan.

Paid time off and paid sick leave. Medical, dental and vision coverage beginning after 90 days of employment. 401(k) with a 3% employer match, eligible after one year. Complimentary and discounted wellness and aesthetic services for staff. Vendor training in a medical spa environment.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply with your resume. In place of a cover letter, answer one question in a few sentences: describe a time a client walked in unhappy and walked out as a regular.
