Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations & Talent Associate to support both Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in HR functions, specifically Recruitment and/or People Operations who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

You will work closely with the People Team to ensure smooth recruitment processes, employee administration, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.

People Operations Support

- Prepare and maintain employee documents, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and personnel records.
- Update and maintain employee data in HR systems (e.g. Talenta).
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance-related administration.
- Support HR documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship or hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or People Operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Talenta, Darwinbox
- Familiarity with BPJS platform (Edabu, SIPP)
- Interest or basic understanding in HR process automation and workflow optimization
- Familiar or have built automations through LLM such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT
- Retail company experience/experience in hiring blue collars
- Experience in handling recruitment coordination through multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
