Were looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Install Supervisor to lead our install team. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused—youll oversee daily operations, ensure quality installations, and support technicians in the field. Pay: $90K-100K
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate residential plumbing installation projects
- Lead, train, and mentor install technicians
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards
- Manage job schedules, materials, and workflow efficiency
- Perform site visits and assist with complex installs as needed
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Enforce safety standards and best practices
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience
- 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and crews
