Executive/ Senior Executive Production

Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Soft Drinks and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

The position exists to provide operational assistance to the assigned beverage production line within statutory and organizational guidelines with the objective of achieving the targeted volumes, line productivity, unit cost of production, and quality at the required time.

Job Responsibilities

- Preparation on flavored syrup.

- Ordering the relevant raw materials from general stores and essence factory.

- Releasing the flavored syrup to the production lines.

- Carry out the necessary maintenance in the syrup room.

- Access to the SCADA system.

- Syrup confirmation in SAP.

- Approving the leaves of the workers.

- Access and maintain the syrup room records.

Person Specifications

- Higher diploma in Quality Assurance / Production / Chemistry and minimum 2 years’ experience in the industry.

- Importance of productivity and product quality.

- SAP applications, Material Management, Statistical process control, ISO processes Understanding and requirement fulfillment of Quality Management systems, Food safety management system, Occupational Health and Safety management system, Environmental Safety Management System, Energy Management System, Good Manufacturing Process and PRP, CCP, OPRP.

- Operational organizing skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, decision taking & problem-solving skills, ability to work during shifts.
