Educational qualifications
• Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) • Additional certifications (if any)
Work experience
• 1-2.5 years of relevant post qualification experience in audit, risk, compliance or internal control testing/evaluation, preferably with a Big 4 firm • Experience evaluating, testing, auditing or implementing internal controls, preferably within a recognized internal control or regulatory framework (e.g., COSO, SOX/PCAOB or equivalent). • If from an audit background, experience on large engagements with multiple stakeholders is a plus. • Experience working with audit documentation software and tools (experience with Clara is an asset but not required). Clear control/process documentation is a must.
