Main Responsibilities:
- Initiate new projects, collect idea cards and conduct project feasibility studies
- Lead new projects to ensure delivery meets targets across cost, timeline, quality, and risk management
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Coordinate PMO activities and provide project support to other ongoing projects
- Implement group PMO strategies and procedures locally at Suzhou site
Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with min 2 years of NPI project management experience
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to mass production
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) — required for cross-site communication
