Process Lead

This role is responsible for coordinating all technical activities in the production lines assigned to him/her in order to meet production targets (KPIs and other internal targets) in line with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and implementing Integrated Work System (IWS) Standards. The role is also expected to manage continuous improvement activities within the associated production lines.

As the Process Lead , you will:

- Develop the operating teams' technical understanding and capability.

- Attend Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and spread IWS DDS structure according to deployment plans with good analytical skill to interpret and analyze data.

- Responsible for assigned Daily Management Systems (DMS).

- Coordinate all technical activities in production lines assigned to him/her in line with EHS guidelines and ensure 5S3R standards.

- Ensure adherence to JTI's safety standards, quality, and Code of Conduct to maintain a safe and compliant work environment with the EHS Objective & Target.

- Sustain production performance of assigned production lines—initiate and realize necessary actions to achieve production KPIs.

- Ensure daily business of the production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly in line with Zero Loss Mindset.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university

- Good English and Bengali communication skills (verbal and written)

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Experience working in production organizations, departments, and/or plant

- Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Knowledge of database management and analytics tools

- Experience with SAP Production Systems

- Experience in Power BI dashboard development and KPI reporting

- Hands-on experience leading or supporting IWS/DDS/DMS methodologies

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles

- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- Experience in MTBF analysis, reliability engineering, and equipment performance improvement

- Familiarity with EHS standards and Quality Management Systems

- Knowledge of OEE improvement initiatives and manufacturing performance optimization is an advantage

- Business Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proven experience in team coaching and capability building

- Strong project management skills

- Demonstrated experience in change management
