Functional (job responsibilities)

1. Process Optimization & Transformation (Operational Excellence)
- ### Process Transformation: Identify operational bottlenecks and lead end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, agility, and business throughput.
- ### Business Enablement: Partner with cross-functional business heads (Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT, HR, Finance) to integrate digital enablers, workflows, automated tools and outsourcing.
- ### KPI & Performance Tracking: Establish operational metrics, benchmark performance, and provide data-driven insights and analytics directly to the CE to support strategic decision-making.

2. Marketing & Corporate Communication
- ### Corporate Communication Strategy: Oversee internal and external executive communications, ensuring alignment with the CE’s vision, company brand values, and strategic priorities.
- ### Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Marketing function to align business growth targets, campaign executions, customer value propositions, and brand positioning with the CE’s growth agenda.

3. Risk Management & Governance
- ### Regulatory Compliance & Controls: Ensure all transformation projects, communication strategies, and operational changes adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, internal control frameworks, and compliance guidelines.
- ### Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify operational, reputational, and compliance risks across business initiatives and implement robust mitigation frameworks.
- ### Committee & Secretariat Support: Prepare agendas, manage actionable follow-ups, and serve as executive liaison/secretariat for senior management committees chaired by the CE.

4. Stakeholder Management & Alignment
- ### Executive Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact and force multiplier between the CE, executive leadership, internal business units, and key external stakeholders.
- ### Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster deep collaboration across matrixed departments to eliminate functional silos and ensure seamless execution of enterprise goals.
