Infor are recruiting a passionate Data Analyst to join our team and help turn raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate combines curiosity, critical thinking, and technical acumen to solve complex business challenges. This is more than a reporting role. As a Data Analyst, you’ll collaborate across departments, influence product and operational strategies, and contribute directly to enhancing customer experiences through intelligent, data-driven decisions.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to define and scope analytical needs
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Create insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data into business language
- Support predictive modeling efforts and advanced analytics projects alongside data scientists
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Infor’s analytics framework, tools, and best practices
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
