About this role
Sales Executive – Tax
Specialist Lending | Hybrid, London Location, occasional travel
Build trusted broker partnerships. Grow an important lending proposition. Make an impact from day one.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales Executive to help grow our Tax funding proposition across the UK and Northern Ireland.
Working alongside our Regional Sales Managers and a national panel of Commercial Finance Brokers, you’ll win new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and ensure every broker has the knowledge, training and support to succeed with Premium Credit.
This is a varied and visible role for someone who enjoys combining new-business development with long-term relationship management. You’ll take ownership from initial broker engagement and onboarding through to the first deal, ongoing performance and renewal activity.
The role
As Sales Executive – Tax, you’ll create and deliver an annual business plan, maintain a structured broker contact strategy and use performance insight to identify growth opportunities.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Specialist Lending, Sales, Renewals, Onboarding, Finance, Marketing and Events to provide a joined-up experience for our partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Deliver agreed sales and revenue targets by developing new and existing Commercial Finance Broker relationships and positioning Premium Credit as the finance partner of choice for Tax funding.
· Support new broker partners from onboarding to their first submitted deal, providing product and systems training and maintaining clear stakeholder, contact and training records.
· Work with Regional Sales Managers and the Renewals Manager to grow and retain Tax transactions through structured broker contact plans.
· Track and report performance against agreed KPIs, using insight to identify opportunities and improve results.
· Coordinate launch, fulfilment, marketing and event activity, representing Premium Credit at roadshows, exhibitions and industry events.
· Produce and present professional proposals, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a relationship-focused sales professional who can translate broker partnerships into sustainable commercial growth. You’ll communicate clearly, plan effectively and take responsibility for delivering agreed commitments.
You’ll bring:
- New-business sales experience, with a focus on revenue generation.
- A successful track record of developing business with Commercial Finance Brokers.
- Effective relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills.
- The confidence to engage and present at Board level.
- Sound commercial judgement and credit risk assessment capability.
- A strong network of relevant professional or industry contacts.
- The ability to analyse information, use financial data and translate insight into action.
- A collaborative approach, resilience and the initiative to solve problems and improve how things are done.
Knowledge of UK lending markets, funding lines and accounting practices, together with degree-level education or equivalent experience, would be advantageous.
