Functional Trainer - Airport IT Solutions
Summary
The Functional Trainer supports the delivery of training services for Airport IT solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on building foundational product knowledge, developing training delivery capabilities, and progressively contributing to customer-facing activities under structured supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support training sessions (onsite and remote), including demos, exercises, and recaps;
- Engage professionally with customers, ensuring a high‑quality learning experience and addressing queries;
- Prepare training environments, materials, and logistics to ensure smooth session delivery;
- Apply and improve training content, providing feedback to enhance quality and consistency;
- Track participation, collect feedback, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation;
- Build expertise in Amadeus systems (AODB, FRMS, DDS, ASM, UAC) while progressing through certifications;
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, contributing to global projects with potential onsite exposure.
About the ideal candidate:
- Basic understanding of airport operations and related IT systems;
- Ability to quickly learn product functionalities and adapt to new environments;
- Familiarity with the airport industry and ITIL principles;
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal);
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach;
- Availability to travel internationally as required;
- Contribute to training satisfaction (CSAT) results;
- Progress through product certifications;
- Ensure high-quality preparation and support activities.
