Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Senior NPM Buyer, to join our team in our headquarters in Lommel.
What you can look forward to as Senior NPM Buyer:
- Negotiate supplier pricing, commercial terms, and payment conditions
- Drive cost savings initiatives and support procurement performance targets
- Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including RFQs, orders, and issue resolution
- Support invoice clarification, payment term management, and master data maintenance
- Ensure efficient supplier management, including onboarding and risk assessments
- Optimize and support SAP-based procurement processes and automation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide procurement process support
- Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
Your profile as Senior NPM Buyer:
- (Bachelor) Degree in economics, supply chain, logistics or similar
- Proven negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence across functions
- Solid knowledge of purchasing principles and procurement best practices
- SAP knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive effective solutions
- Collaborative team player with experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional Environments
- Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
