Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Translation & Transcreation Specialist (Fix term contract for 9 months) to help bring our brand, culture and communications to life for Spanish-speaking audiences. If you're passionate about language, thrive on crafting impactful content and love the intersection of linguistics, technology and creativity, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our in-house translation team, you'll work on a diverse range of content, partnering with teams across Europe to deliver translations and transcreations that are accurate, engaging and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provides translation / transcreation, ensuring projects are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Works proactively and collaboratively within own language set and wider T&T (Translation and Transcreation) team to ensure translations are consistent.
- Demonstrates proactive approach in maintaining the glossaries and translation memories.
- Active participant in broader Translation and Transcreation community.
- Serves as an internal language resource to assist with identifying improvement opportunities and providing recommendations to improve translation services and communications for the organisation.
- Ensures that all information is accurate for all markets taking into account local exceptions.
- Inputs into and complies with a common tone of voice.
- Supports effective communications for Europe ensuring consistency of messages across all banners and languages as appropriate.
- Collaborates with other business partners in providing a localised document.

What we're looking for:

- Native-level Castilian Spanish and fluent English
- Additional language skills in Catalan (Catalunya) desirable
- Strong translation, editing and transcreation skills
- Experience with localisation and translation technologies
- Knowledge of Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE)
- Interest in AI-assisted language workflows and the future of language services
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality
