About this role
Job Title:
Professional, BI Specialist (TCF)
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, you will own the reporting and analytics operations for our OpenAI SMB and Ad Sales engagement. You'll work alongside sales leaders to transform customer acquisition, pipeline, and ad performance data into actionable insights. This role demands both analytical rigor and AI fluency. You'll design workflows powered by ChatGPT and other OpenAI tools, automate repetitive analysis, and generate real-time intelligence that drives revenue growth and customer success.
Design and Execute AI-Powered Analytics: Leverage ChatGPT, GPT-4, and Codex to accelerate report generation, automate SQL query drafting, and build lightweight analytical tools. Create AI-assisted workflows that transform unstructured sales notes and customer feedback into structured insights. Build recurring reporting using LLM-enabled automation, reducing manual effort and surfacing anomalies proactively.
Drive Sales Operations Intelligence: Analyze SMB and Ad Sales pipeline data to identify trends, conversion blockers, and revenue drivers. Conduct root-cause analysis on deal velocity, win/loss patterns, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) by segment. Develop segmentation logic across customer size, vertical, sales channel, and product line to guide resource allocation.
Build and Run an Operating Rhythm: Own weekly sales dashboard reviews, monthly revenue scorecards, and quarterly business reviews. Track key metrics: pipeline progression, deal stage distribution, average deal size, win rates, and sales cycle length. Automate data validation and governance using AI tools to flag data quality issues before they impact decisions.
Mine Data from Diverse Sources: Extract and combine data from Salesforce, Google Analytics, OpenAI APIs, and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Work with both structured CRM data and unstructured sources (emails, support tickets, customer feedback) using LLMs. Maintain data integrity through systematic tagging, classification, and quality audits.
Develop Data-Driven Recommendations: Partner with sales leaders to translate data into actionable strategies: which accounts to prioritize, which campaigns are underperforming, where to expand offerings. Support hiring, territory, and quota-setting decisions with predictive analytics. Identify emerging opportunities and risks before they materialize.
Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage daily with sales teams for planning, forecasting, and insights. Work with marketing to align CAC analysis with campaign performance. Build internal and external relationships to ensure consistent data availability and accuracy.
