Proposed designation Assistant Manager Role type Supervisory – Leading and managing a team of up to 6-7 people comprising of graduates and experienced professionals. Reporting to Manager and above Geo to be supported Switzerland Work timings 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Degree in Commerce / Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting. Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g.CA/ACCA/US CPA). Additional certifications (if any) Preferably Audit Corporates background.
Work experience
Relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm. Industry Specific Experience is preferable.
Mandatory technical and functional skills
Strong knowledge of KPMG Audit Methodology (KAEG) and KCw (Standard & Enhanced workflow) Willingness to learn Swiss-specific audit requirements Excellent project management skills and attention to detail Previous coaching or training experience is a plus Preferred technical and functional skills Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage. Proven project management and leadership skills, including leading offshore teams and mentoring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
