Location: Hyderabad, India

Join dsm-firmenich's Global Enterprise Services (GES) Source-to-Pay team and play a pivotal role in driving procurement excellence across a global organization. This position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end purchasing operations, collaborate with international stakeholders, strengthen procurement compliance, support process automation initiatives, and contribute directly to cost optimization and business value creation. Your key responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end requisition, shopping cart, and purchase order processing while ensuring timely fulfillment of business requirements.
- Collaborate with requisitioners, buyers, and business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and execute procurement activities effectively.
- Create and maintain annual purchase orders, monitor PO confirmations, and follow up on pending supplier responses.
- Resolve non-compliant invoices by coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Drive procurement compliance by guiding stakeholders on correct purchasing channels, vendor selection, and policy adherence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, process optimization, automation, and supplier negotiations to achieve savings.

- Drive continuous improvement of contract management and vendor management platforms to enhance compliance, insights, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead key initiatives to refine governance frameworks, influence enterprise vendor standards, and develop expertise in digital contract management and supplier performance.
- Operate within a diverse, global environment, supporting enterprise programs and advancing vendor relationships, service quality, and operational outcomes across regions.

You bring:

- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Shared Services Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, or Shared Service environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional language proficiency (German/French) and exposure to tools such as Celonis, Sievo, or Tableau are advantageous.
