About this role
Job Purpose Role
At Allianz Direct, we are building a digital, data-driven, and people-centric organization, where People & Culture plays a critical role in enabling business performance and transformation.
We are looking for a People Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining hands-on execution with a solid understanding of organizational needs. In parallel, you will contribute to building and reinforcing a high-performance culture, translating employee feedback and engagement insights into focused, actionable initiatives.
You will also support a more data-driven approach to HR, leveraging tools such as SuccessFactors and exploring the use of AI and digital solutions to improve decision-making and process efficiency.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to the business, is comfortable navigating different HR topics, and is motivated by having a tangible impact on both people experience and business outcomes.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data in SuccessFactors, contributing to reliable reporting and decision-making
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and apply digital tools and AI where relevant
