Finance Transformation Senior Consultant, FSO | Poland

• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, finance operations, controlling, FP&A, accounting advisory, or a related role. • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including areas such as R2R, FP&A, controlling, management reporting, consolidation, P2P, or O2C. • Experience contributing to finance transformation projects, from assessment and design through implementation. • Ability to analyze finance functions, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into practical recommendations. • Understanding of the key dimensions of finance transformation: processes, organization, technology, and data. • Exposure to finance operating models, process modernization, performance management or finance technology implementation. • Ability to structure complex business problems and communicate conclusions clearly. • Experience working with finance stakeholders and cross-functional business and technology teams. • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, information systems, or a related field.
Language knowledge • Polish, fluent • English, fluent
Bonus points if you have • Experience with SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or another major ERP platform. • Knowledge of EPM platforms such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Tagetik. • Experience with BlackLine, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Alteryx, Celonis, Signavio, or similar solutions. • Exposure to FP&A, enterprise performance management, management reporting, consolidation, or finance data and analytics. • Experience supporting regulatory or reporting transformations, for example IFRS 17, IFRS 18, CSRD, ESG, statutory reporting, or internal-control requirements. • Experience with finance process automation, process mining, AI, RPA, or advanced analytics. • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification.

As a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant , you will support Polish and international clients in diagnosing finance challenges, designing future-state solutions, and turning strategic ambitions into practical transformation initiatives.
You will work at the intersection of finance, operating models, technology, and data, helping finance organizations move beyond transaction processing toward insight generation, performance management, and business decision support.

What you can expect
• Participate in Finance Transformation projects for Polish and international clients. • Assess finance functions, processes, operating models, technology landscapes, and data capabilities. • Identify business, regulatory, organizational, and technology drivers for transformation. • Support the design of Finance Target Operating Models, governance structures, roles, and capabilities. • Redesign end-to-end finance processes across areas such as R2R, FP&A, controlling, consolidation, management reporting, P2P, and O2C. • Conduct maturity assessments, process diagnostics, benchmarking, interviews, and workshops. • Translate assessment findings into future-state concepts, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps. • Support ERP, EPM, reporting, automation, and digital finance initiatives from a finance-business perspective. • Define requirements, business cases, implementation plans, KPIs, and expected benefits. • Prepare high-quality analyses, client presentations, and executive-level materials. • Collaborate with finance, data, technology, regulatory, and change-management specialists. • Contribute to proposals, market initiatives, and the development of our Finance Transformation offering.
