Ready for your next step in Financial Reporting?

Join our team in Kraków and work on financial reporting for leading international investment funds across Luxembourg, Ireland, the US, and the Cayman Islands.

You’ll take ownership of financial reporting, work with a variety of fund structures and accounting standards, and collaborate with clients, auditors, and colleagues across international teams. It’s an opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while gaining broader exposure to global financial markets.

If you have accounting background, hands-on experience preparing or reviewing financial statements, and enjoy turning complex financial data into high-quality reporting, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

- Own the financial reporting process for international investment funds, from preparation through final review.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow statements, Schedules of Investments, and accompanying notes, in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Broaden your expertise across IFRS, US GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, and Irish GAAP, working with different fund structures and reporting requirements.
- Work directly with international clients, external auditors, and colleagues across different locations, building strong relationships throughout the reporting cycle.
- Help shape how we work by identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and strengthen financial reporting processes.

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, or a related finance field, with hands-on experience preparing or reviewing financial statements.
- Solid accounting knowledge and experience with IFRS, US GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, Irish GAAP, or similar reporting frameworks. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them.
- Experience taking ownership of complex processes, leading projects, or supporting and developing others.
- A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English and confident communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, auditors, and colleagues. Good Excel skills are an advantage.

Nice to have:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Exposure to investment funds, asset management, financial services, or audit of financial institutions is an advantage, but not essential.
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA, completed or in progress, would be an asset.

What we offer:

- To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance
- Private medical care
- Life Insurance
- Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family. You can get support for topics including family, marriage and relationships, finances, and legal issues.
- Professional trainings and qualification support
- Wellbeing Program
- Online Social Fund benefit platform
- Social, sport and integration events
- Onboarding Program for new hires

We value diverse experiences. We value diverse experiences and transferrable skillsets. If your career hasn’t followed a traditional path, includes alternative experiences, or doesn’t meet every qualification or skill listed in the job description, please do go ahead and apply.
