Overview
You will be responsible to develop and maintain a portfolio of international corporate customers relationships, meeting profitability and asset growth targets. You will promote commercial and investment banking products and services – where applicable in agreement with the GRM, pursuing the business opportunities in line with the strategy of the Bank focusing on high-growth value chains (e.g., Space & Defence, Data centers, Key Logistical and Power Infrastructures, Health, Climate Transition, Blue Economy and seabeds).
What you'll be doing
The key responsibilities will be:
- Manage the portfolio to driving heavy business origination, structured lending, and strategic cross-selling
- Ensure the achievement of profitability and commercial and risk objectives
- Support the related GRM/Head of Corporate in the process of defining the commercial strategies
- Manage the general credit risk profile of the customers in the portfolio and detect any signs of deterioration
- Steer loan proposals / loan reviews, acquiring the legal and contractual documentation and the necessary guarantees.
Who we are looking for
If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 7-10 years of experience in the ASEAN region are required
- University degree and/or post-graduate degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent
- Extensive working experience in the Corporate Banking products and services
- Proven track record of managing accounts within South East Asia and South Asia
- Established network of professional contacts (corporates, banks, institutions), a strong track record of revenue performance, and complex deal origination capabilities
- Strong credit risk analysis and analytical skills
- Understanding of AML and Compliance rules and requirements.
