As a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Payroll, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions, specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, to meet client needs and enable business capabilities. • Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis for key Employee Central Payroll functions, including wage types, deductions, and payment schedules, to inform solution design and configuration. • Implement and Troubleshoot: Implement and troubleshoot Employee Central Payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems. • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of implemented solutions. • Configure Key Functions: Configure key Employee Central Payroll functions, such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules, to meet client requirements. • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll: Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) to design and deploy HR technology solutions. • SAP Payroll Module Knowledge: Exposure to SAP Payroll Module, including internal and external ECP integrations, to inform solution design and configuration. • SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience: Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a focus on key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules. • Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Experience performing requirements analysis and solution design for HR technology solutions, specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. • Implementation and Troubleshooting: Exposure to implementing and troubleshooting Employee Central Payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems. • SAP Payroll Module Integration: Exposure to integrating SAP Payroll Module with internal and external ECP systems, enhancing solution design and configuration capabilities. • Advanced ECP Functionality: Familiarity with advanced Employee Central Payroll functions, such as complex wage types and payment schedules, to deliver comprehensive solutions. • Cross-Module SAP Knowledge: Exposure to multiple SAP modules, enabling a holistic understanding of the SAP ecosystem and its applications in HR technology solutions.
