## The Opportunity:
Works independently under close supervision, responsible for providing business analytics services to business unit(s). Develop new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods. Analyze external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends. Use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A blend of business, analytical and technical skills to effectively understand customer requirements and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Elicit and translate customer and business stakeholder needs into clear business and technical requirements
- Ability to participate in or lead strategic projects with stakeholders to drive business results
- Project Management Skills, including Agile/SCRUM methodologies (PMP Certification a plus)
- Ability to participate in operational meetings, conduct process related training programs for stakeholders
- Ability to identify and define process improvement opportunities
- Ability to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Ability to interpret data, and analyze results using basic statistical analysis
- Experience in data cleaning, data transformation & data wrangling
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with JIRA is helpful
- Ideally have knowledge of database fundamentals such as relational database design
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, including Power Query and DAX)
- Ability to ensure all metrics and other reports are published on time and accurately
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven working experience as a business analyst for 3+ years
- Knowledge of supply chain & SAP preferred
- Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience in Six Sigma/Lean Concepts preferred

They must translate complex data findings into actionable insights, document and communicate these effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and continuously driving innovation in data processes will be crucial. Measuring the impact of their work through key performance indicators and maintaining a feedback loop with stakeholders will ensure ongoing improvement and significant business outcomes.
