We’re looking for talent: experienced claims experts who relish challenges and provide solutions. Previous property claims handling experience is an advantage, but we’d like to hear from you if you have a similar commercial background.
Essential:
- Insurance experience - Claims Admin, FNOL, Claims Handling etc
- Evidenced ability to plan and organise workload.
- Ability to empathise and communicate at all levels
- Strong Customer Skills
- Ability to work in a structured manner to drive for quality
- High personal standards of service delivery as a core skill.
- Good communication skills with all stakeholders
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Domestic/ Commercial claims with the ability to confidently deal up to the value of £50K.
- Ability to negotiate & settle claims using a variety of methods in line with TCF and Client requirements
- Good communication skills with all stakeholders
- Highly experienced in resolving difficult & complex claims
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively including report writing.
- Technical competence and experience of handling property losses up to an agreed value.
