What You'll Be Doing:
• Learning and supporting engineering and CAD workflows used by global R&D and design teams.
• Assisting with investigation, reproduction, and documentation of technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Supporting basic automation and productivity improvements through scripts, utilities, and structured data handling.
• Helping collect, validate, organize, and document technology, tool, or workflow-related information.
• Participating in testing and validation of engineering tools, flows, and process updates.
The Impact You Will Have:
• Contributing to stable and efficient engineering workflows for R&D teams.
• Helping improve the quality of documentation, issue tracking, testing, and operational support.
• Reducing repetitive manual effort through small-scale automation and process improvements.
• Building reusable knowledge and practical engineering capability within the team.
What You'll Need:
• Completed B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field (Mandatory).
• Fresh graduates from the class of 2026 or 2025.
• Not currently enrolled/completed any M-Tech programs or postgraduate diplomas.
• Not employed in any full-time positions at any company (limited internship experience is acceptable).
• Good fundamentals in at least one relevant area such as digital electronics, analog electronics, semiconductor basics, programming, data structures, operating systems, or computer architecture.
• Basic programming or scripting exposure in Python, C/C++, TCL, Shell, or a similar language.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux commands and a willingness to work in a Linux-based engineering environment.
• Ability to analyze a problem, document observations, and follow a structured debugging approach.
Relevant academic or project experience in electronics, VLSI, EDA tools, or programming is beneficial
